Group Fitness Class



What is this class all about?
I run what I like to call a "fitness support group". This is a group of men and women of all ages and all levels of fitness. I like to make the workouts challenging, but I will always offer variations  in case you are not ready for the intensity of a particular exercise. Even though the class is in a group setting, I consider myself your personal trainer and want to help you any way I can. If this means helping you set goals, make extra workouts, chart your progress, or anything else I am at your disposal!

When is the class held?
I hold the class in 10-week long sessions. The next session starts on Thursday, December 1st, 2011 and ends on Thursday, February 16th, 2011. The class end date is tentative in case we have any cencellations. We meet on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6:45-7:45pm. Currently both days are held at the Campbell Community Center since it is a lighted track.

**Additional Saturday work-outs will generally take by request on Saturdays from 8:30-9:30am at Doerr Park in San Jose.**

How much does it cost?
You can try your first class for FREE! Once you are hooked and decide that you want to come back you have several options.

One-Time Registration Fee............................$20.00
*This fee is only charged when you join your first 10-week session.
*Subsequent sessions you do not need to re-register.

20-Visit Class Pass.....................................$120.00

10-Visit Class Pass.................................... ..$70.00

5-Visit Class Pass....................................... .$40.00

What do you need to bring?
If you pay the one-time registration fee you will receive a Power Systems elastic workout band. Many of the strength training and sculpting exercises we do uses these bands. If you are coming out just for one class I have extra bands for you to use. Other than that, just wear comfy workout clothes, bring water and a mat or towel for abs. Whether you come just once, or commit to the whole session, you will need to sign a waiver and fill out a contact sheet. Click on the "Forms" tab to the right to review, print and sign your waiver and contact sheet to bring. I will have extra forms on hand at each class just in case.
